As
you could tell, I have been dormant ever since
my DNF. In that time I have been resting my knees and adding winter
fat to keep me warm. Then last weekend, I suffered through a measly
12k hike with only 650m of elevation, I knew I needed to get out
there running and hiking again. So I'm back and ready for more adventures.
Oh
and the divorce, I'm not actually divorced but I am having a trial
separation with bacon (and all other meats). For those who know me
well, I don't have a lot of variety in my meats anyway; mostly
chicken, bacon and once a year my mom's lamb chops. So after my
miserable failure last November going meatless, I have decided this
time to go at this with a much better attitude.
I'll
be like, “Yeah no more bacon, no more chest pains, YES” **
And
as I'm eating my delicious spicy lentil warp, I am thinking yes this
is very tasty and I'll be fine. :)
Good
luck everyone with your goals.

chest pains may or may not be caused by bacon, I am not a doctor and
cannot conclude that bacon is bad for your health also I do not want
to get sued (or killed) by the bacon mafia.
Here
is why bacon is so good:
